cinela.ai is operated by Butiko Bilgi Teknoloji Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş.. This policy explains what data the site collects, why and how. It is kept short; every sentence corresponds to something the site actually does.
What we collect
The only data entry on the site is the early-access form. When you submit it, we store your name, your email address, an optional one-line note on what you want to make, and the language you chose.
Together with the form, to tell real submissions from abuse, we also store the IP address, browser information (user agent), country code and timestamp passed on by our hosting provider.
You do not need an account to browse the site; we collect nothing that identifies you while you browse.
What we use it for
- Managing the early-access queue and writing to you when it is your turn.
- Replying to agency enquiries.
- Filtering fake and automated submissions.
We do not add your data to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it. We only write to you about your application.
Where it is stored
The site and the form records live on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages/Workers and Workers KV). Cloudflare runs a global network, so your data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye. By submitting the form you give explicit consent to this transfer (see the Personal Data Notice).
Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and traffic management; those logs are governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Form records are kept until the early-access programme is complete and for at most 24 months; then they are deleted. If you ask for deletion, we delete earlier.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies; there is no analytics or advertising tracking. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies to tell automated traffic apart. These do not identify you and cannot be switched off; the site needs them to work.
Third parties
The site loads only files we host ourselves; no external fonts, analytics or social media scripts are called. When you follow the Instagram or YouTube links in the footer, those platforms’ rules apply.
Your rights
To learn which data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@cinela.ai. We respond within 30 days at the latest. Details are in the Personal Data Notice.
Changes
If the site gains a new way of collecting data (accounts, payments, analytics), this text is updated before it goes live; the date is shown above.
